3 different delivery tariffs based on price

Basically I have the following criteria and want to implement it

 

1) All items over £50 are free delivery

 

2) If the total weight of the order is less than 1kg then the delivery charge is: £1

 

3) if neither of theese apply then the delivery charge is a standard £2.99

 

Is there a plug in module that can do this? I've yet to set up delivery so which module would i use?

Is that in by default or do i need ot add that in?
