Guest
Hello evryone! Who can help me to fix this problem. In Banner Manager: Error: Graphs directory is not writeable. Thanks Al You need to change the permissions on the graphics directory. You do this with the CHMOD facility in you FTP software. In Cute FTP right click on the directory concerned and change the permissions to 777. You will have already had to CHMOD files during installation?? Justin
Which graphics directories need to be changed to 777? I've given this permission level to /catalog/images, /catalog/images/banners, and /admin/images, but I'm still getting this error. Any suggestions? I get the same thing here and so does one of my clients. All the permissions are 777 also This can not be an isolated case
newid
Nope, it's not isolated. I'm getting the same thing here. Directory permissions are set to

Try giving it to /admin/images/graphs/ as well as anything that may be inside. Justin
Thanks, Paul. I coincidentally figured that out on my own just now, came back here to let everybody know about my fix, and then found your response. Not sure why I didn't get a notification when you posted your tip, but allow me to offer you many belated thanks.
