Setting Up for ordering bulk items

I was hoping to use the product attributes function to allow customers to order bulk items at a discount

 

Two problems that I have encountered

 

Firstly I would really like to have a separate product identification number for the bulk packs

 

Secondly the box on the top right only shows one item when the person has chosen that item with the attributes for ten of a product

 

I am sure that the modification would not be a hard one but as I am new to php it is beyond me at the moment

 

Any suggestions most welcome
