revaudio Posted November 23, 2006 Posted November 23, 2006 Hey Everyone I've used this forum a bit since starting my online store about a month back, but this is the first time I've posted. I have a huge problem... I'm pretty much new at this game and everything has come along quite well - using osCommerce 2.2 and quite pleased - but I paid a guy through getafreelancer.com to help me with a download option in osCommerce - now two days later he is no longer returning my e-mails and I get this error whenever I try to update an item in the catalog: cPath:60_58pID:131action:new_product_previewproducts_status:1products_date_avail able:manufacturers_id:31products_name:Arrayproducts_tax_class_id:0products_price: 0.0000products_price_gross:0products_description:Arrayproducts_quantity:999produc ts_model:setupguideproducts_previous_image:class crowd.jpgproducts_url:Arrayproducts_weight:0.00products_date_added:2006-10-30 22:32:09x:51y:5osCAdminID:72d0614f4fcb34249e70e85f970247f5osCsid:03d1cc882ac04b6 36d8cff3e81e1ab55phpbb2mysql_data:a:2:{s:11:"autologinid";s:0:"";s:6:"userid";i:-1;}__utmz:24431033.1161470654.86.20.utmccn=(organic)|utmcsr=google|utmctr=mx8000 canada|utmcmd=organic__utma:24431033.1079360882.1152068104.1164150468.1164152538 .95 When I try to add I get this one: cPath:21_52action:new_product_previewproducts_status:0products_date_available:ma nufacturers_id:products_name:Arrayproducts_tax_class_id:0products_price:products_ price_gross:0products_description:Arrayproducts_quantity:products_model:products_ previous_image:products_url:Arrayproducts_weight:products_date_added:2006-11-23x:23y:10osCAdminID:72d0614f4fcb34249e70e85f970247f5osCsid:03d1cc882ac04b636d8c ff3e81e1ab55phpbb2mysql_data:a:2:{s:11:"autologinid";s:0:"";s:6:"userid";i:-1;}__utmz:24431033.1161470654.86.20.utmccn=(organic)|utmcsr=google|utmctr=mx8000 canada|utmcmd=organic__utma:24431033.1079360882.1152068104.1164150468.1164152538 .95 I've learned some php but this has totally floored me - it makes no sense - thankfully customers can still purchase, register, login, etc. And to boot the downloads are still not working - which is secondary now... Any ideas? I would really appreciate it... Am I allowed to post my website here for reference? If so it is www.revolutionaudio.ca Thanks! Jason
revaudio Posted November 24, 2006 Author Posted November 24, 2006 :) I got it solved - it was an error in my admin/categories.php file - from looking at the dates I saw that the guy had changed this one last and thankfully I had a recent backup on my local computer and replaced the badly coded file with a good on. Just thought I'd let anyone know who might be interested. Thanks Jason
