Moving OSC

Hi everybody, looking for help on an error after moving my OSC shop from one pc to another. (test shop on local server)

 

as the shop was fine on one pc I simply copied my Catalog directory. I have previously installed to a clean catalog STS4.2 with HTC 2.5.9 and Infobox 4.2

 

When I now try to open the catalog I get

 

Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in C:\xampp\htdocs\catalog\includes\header.php on line 14

 

Have I missed something in the move.

 

line 13 to 15 has:

$sts->restart_capture ('applicationtop2header'); // Capture header from the actual script, needed to take out javascript

// END STS 4.1

//
