E-Mail Problems

Hey all,

 

I'm having problems sending order related e-mails, but i can send newsletters and e-mails with "Send Email To Customers" tool.

 

I have the following scenario:

 

OSC server -> smtp relay server-> isp smtp server

 

OSC: win2k3 server

E-Mail Transport Method: SMTP

E-mail Linefeeds: CRLF

php.ini -> SMTP: xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx (smtp relay server IP)

 

smtp relay server:

win 2k3 server with smtp service

SMTP: relays everything from OSC server

 

I noticed that all mails get to smtp relay server but the orders related messages are not delivered, and the event viewer have the following warning:

 

Message delivery to the host '195.23.128.249' (ISP SMTP SERVER) Failed while delivering to the remote domain ' clix.pt' for the following reason: The connection was dropped by the remote host.

 

Any one knows whats going on?
