Broken image on my product listing pages - upper right

I've seen this on other sites and this is just a little bug in the code I guess:

 

When you go to the top page of OSCommerce (index.php) you see a little logo/icon defined in the upper right -- table_background_default.gif

 

When I click on any of my category pages, this space in the upper right is occupied by a broken image. When I view the properties - or view image, it takes me to my /images/ directory. Somewhere in the code, this image is not defined.

 

Anyone know right off the bat where to find that line of code? I've seen this same error on other OSCommerce installations.

 

I am currently using: osCommerce 2.2-MS2

do you have the url of your site?

Is this the only broken image?

 

If you go to your site in firefox then right click on the image and choose properties you will see the path to where the image is suppose to be and then make sure there is infact that image in that folder.
