SeanB Posted November 23, 2006 Posted November 23, 2006 I took a look at the SQL tables that hold the credit card info, it looks like it would be pretty easy to wipe that data from the database after an order had been shipped. Just wondering if anyone knows of a contrib that does just that. Either it hasn't been, or it's not that easy, or i'm not using the right search terms. I'd like to keep the "completed" orders in there for all time, but i dont like the idea of the customers CC#'s staying accessible. As an afterthought, i think even better than wiping them out, would be overwriting them with all 000's, except the last 4 numbers, that way we have a little papertrail, without risk.
