more info on i unable to see oscomerce

I just follow same steps for internet and on my pc

it's ok with internet but it display blank page when i access it from my intranet ftp

and it display error link register_global disable when i access it from my pc

 

can u tell me the process of uploading or installilng this oscommerce

and how configure and which files have configure
