Where to enter Privacy Notice, Conditions of Use, etc.

I need help in finding where to enter these things on the site:

 

Shipping & Returns

Privacy Notice

Conditions of Use

Contact Us

 

Is there somewhere in the site configuration or do I have to enter those manually into the privacy.php, etc.?

Download file via FTP, edit in a plain text editor like Notepad, upload again.

 

If you put apostrophies into text then they must be 'escaped' with a preceeding backslash, as in:

 

Let's = wrong

Let\'s = right
