uostock Posted November 22, 2006 Posted November 22, 2006 well, for reference my website is www.uostock.com , we sell virtual goods for the video game Ultima Online. a few things I'd like different are: 1) Removing the "177" or what not {seems like a product #} from the Item Listings. 2) More "item description space" (like 3-4 lines more) available under my items without clicking the "more" button. 3) Having all of my Items from a Category on the same page (not 6 per page, but the whole category on 1 page) I guess that's about it, if I could get some help with these, I'd be very appreciative, I've been working on my site for a while now. Thanks alot UOStock
shooter-boy Posted November 23, 2006 Posted November 23, 2006 Hi Bob, 1. Your admin panel has a selection of things that can be turned on and off under "Product listing" 2. This probably has to do with the template you are using...? 3. You can set the products per page in your admin panel. I'm sorry, but i cannot offer Free support via PM etc, and osCommerce forums prohibit me from putting any reference to paid support in my signauture. However viewing my profile may provide links to my website or something like that which you may find useful.

Still shows the Item ID number underneath the Product Name. No place in the admin panel the shows to change the number of products per page.

That is turned off in the admin panel catalog:product listing:display product model - set this to 0. My mistake about the products per page. Although the default is 10, so this is probably an issue for your template rather than the store framework. Rob Rob Bell - Inspired Graphix Customising osCommerce in Australia, and the world! Is there a specific file I could edit?
shooter-boy Posted November 30, 2006 Posted November 30, 2006 I am sorry, but I don't have any knowledge of how the templates are setup as i try to steer clear of them.
