Injection Spam

After a severe injection attack I have added additional safeguards in the code on top of what I already had as suggested on several threads.

 

Anyone have any suggestions, and by that I mean code, that I can try to see if it worked?

 

I've tried this:on email line of contact_us

[email protected]%0ACc:[email protected]%0ABcc:[email protected],[email protected]

And it fails to be sent. Error message is given. But I'm concerned there are more ways to beat the code.
