Wrong Quantities

Hi! I always do an inventory of my shop and add the right quantities but I always discover after that the quantities are wrong!

 

Exemple if I add the quantity 2 to an item and the item went sold out because someone buy 2, it still writed 2 as quantity even if it's sold out.

 

I keep doing the inventory every weeks but the quantities are always wrong.

 

I have alot of customers buying stuff 'sold out' because they still appear in my shop wich is no good.

 

Can you please help me with that? Thanks

Check in your admin, stock under configuration, see if check stock level is set to true or false

Here is my actual configuration in configuration>stock since my shop is open:

 

Check stock level true

Subtract stock false

Allow Checkout true

Mark product out of stock ***

Stock Re-order level 1

 

Is this fine or I have to correct it?

this setting-

Subtract stock false

 

will not remove the stock from the inventory

 

so set it to

Subtract stock true

I tried but the items are still apearing even if they are at zero quantity. :(

Try setting:

Allow Checkout False
