Showing code (ex. ENTRY_COMPANY_TAX_ID) not "Tax ID"

On our orders, invoices, packing slips, etc., some fields are listed as the code (example ENTRY_COMPANY_TAX_ID), not the text "Tax ID". I know it is something simple to fix, but can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks so much!! Brittan
