This is a potential security risk - please set the right user permissions on this file. I have chmod it 755,644,444,0 and nothing makes the error message go away anyone help out on what to do here?

I had this happen on one of the servers that I was developing on. I tried CHMODding it through CuteFTP, I tried it with the ISP's file manager and it wouldn't go down to 444 (644 wasn't good enough on this server). I had to get in touch with the support team at the ISP and told them about it. They were easily able to change it to 444. I suggest you do the same. HTH No Good Deed EVER Goes Unpunished
