Want to put my link in customer shopping cart

Hello ,

 

I want to put my selected or my other website link in customer shopping cart

or just followed by welcom message which is immidiately come after customer login

 

I unable to find the page that is displayed after customer successfull login e.g.

wecome username,........... <here i want to put my other website link>

 

 

plz help me
