toll courier module for aus, please help!

Hi

 

I am working on the toll aus for road freight, - it is shipping module for couriers

 

just wondered , how does it know the store location. I changed the store post code and it did not alter the freight charge? This could the same other country modules - I am not sure if it is assuming that you are in a particular place?

 

 

also these rates ( some below)-- are they per kg/lb? And if you store was in perth for example then sydney does it adjust accordingly ?
