Newsletter not sending html

I've created my newsletter, and paste the html code into the newsletter form. In the admin side it looks fine, the html shows as actual tables, etc. When I send the mail, it comes through as plain text and shows all the html codes.

 

The site is setup to send mime mail, and orders, etc. are coming through in html. Any idea on how to get the newsletters to come through this way too?
