Create a New account for each purchase

Is there a way to allow a repeat customers to create an account for each purchase so that they don't have to wait for their password to be emailed to them if they have fogotten it? This way they can by-pass this step if they just want to create a new account.

There is a way for any customer to pay without an account. I think this is what you are asking about. With pay without an account there isn't a user name or a password and the customer needs to fill in the shipping/billing info each time. Look here an see if this is what you need.
