I'm talking base-rate here: Installation Configuration (basic) S&H Customize the look with header image and stylesheet modification Create "sales@clientdomain" e-mail account and train client in its use Walk client through PayPal account setup Train client to use backend, i.e. add.edit/delete products, manage orders, etc. Mods would be extra, but what are you charging for this kind of basic setup? I'm getting a lot of interest from clients in this, and need to have pricing ready.

I generally charge per hour, since it kinda depends on what they want, how much time it will cost me. but that is not specific for osc only, also for custom code or whatever. I do change my pricing based on the buyer (charity gets it cheaper)
