Copying my LIVE site to a dev zone

Hi,

 

I need to test some addons .. so I decided to copy my whole site / db to a sub domain dev.myoscommerce.com and modified my configure.php and all configuration option in the db where it had www instead of dev.

 

when I go to my admin panel ad http://dev.myoscommerce.com/admin, log in, all link point to www.myoscommerce.com instead of dev.myoscommerce.com.

 

how is that possible?

 

Is there anything else I should do to have an exact same copy?
