How do i change the colour of this text ?

Hello I would like to change the COLOUR and STYLE of the following text different.

I would like to change the font colour to BLACK and make it BOLD.

Please see the below image to illustrate the text i mean.

The text in highlighted with a red circle

Click on image once ope to increase the size to view poperly.

TD.infoBoxHeading

Sets the left and right column boxes and the new products box heading color and text color.

The text size of the heading boxes can be changed ... anything above 10 you will need to enlarge the box graphics also (images/infobox)

Padding can be added to these heading boxes.

The heading colour of my boxes has not changed. Here is an extract from my stylesheet:-

TD.infoBoxHeading {

font-family: Verdana, Arial, sans-serif;

font-size: 10px;

font-weight: bold;

color: #02477b;

background: #ffffff;

}

according to that the text colour of the info box headings should be gold. When I visit the page however it is blue?

I also want a gold border around the heading box, but whenever i try to add one it turns out blue and has two verticle lines either side of the text.

Whats wrong here?
