zenpilot Posted November 21, 2006 Posted November 21, 2006 Hi, Both UPS and USPS shipping, OS adds 3.6 pounds to each item when calculating the shipping cost. I don't recall ever changing a setting to reflect this. Example, a 36 pound object will calculate and display on the shipping screen as 39.6 pounds. Help? Thanks, Mike NH Quote
