Newsletter/Product Notification

I am trying to send the new product notification email from the newsletter section. But all I get is the text that I enter myself even after adding the products.

I am having a similar problem. I send and receive email through OSC but if I use HTML in the newsletter it comes out as text and not HTML. I have been searching to figure out what to do but have not found any info.

It would be great if someone could help as this is a vital part of our cart.
