SSL on Admin section

Hi, I've got SSL setup on the main part of the site but when I go to the admin section all the links point to http rather than HTTPS is there a config I've missed out to change this?

there is also a configure.php for the admin catalog/admin/includes/configure.php and make sure your line 18 is
