Genassist Posted November 21, 2006 Posted November 21, 2006 Hi, My webhost recently moved my store to a new server - consequently the path to the store has changed (different sever id used in the path). Now when I try to upload an image I get the following error:- Error: Catalog images directory does not exist: /path/to/catalog/images. The folder is there, and existing images are still visible in the store. I am assuming there is a config somewhere I need to update - can someone point me in the right deirection please..? Thanks.
glamourfish Posted November 21, 2006 Posted November 21, 2006 check your config.php fies. I'm pretty sure the fault lies there now. Maybe first ask your hosting provider if any settings would have changed. Maybe it's something they can configure on their end. If they going to be moving your files they should ensure that your site still functions correctly. if at first you do succeed...try not to look surprised!
