Cookie Issues. Losing Loads of Customers

Hi all

 

I am losing more and more customers and it appears from speaking to some that they are getting the "enable cookies" page warning every time they change pages during checkout then they give up.

Heres my site if it helps www.leisurezone.co.uk

I have the following Admin session settings which i think are OK.

 

Session Directory /home/*****/sessions/

Force Cookie Use False

Check SSL Session ID False

Check User Agent False

Check IP Address False

Prevent Spider Sessions True

Recreate Session True

 

But i do not have my web address in the cookie paths in my configure.php's. Should these be entered in?

If so, how should they be entered? ie, with the http and https in front or just the www..

Any help appreciated.
