application_top problem

dear all,

 

hope some one can help me. i was installing the url's friendly contribution and in the installation process i lost my original application_top.php. since then i have this message on some of my pages and i just can not figure out how to remove it. also i lost my footer from all my pages.

 

i would be very greatefull if some one could help me with this

 

by the way i did not finish installing the url's friendly contribution. before i messing up with the application_top.php everything was OK

 

this is the message:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare tep_update_whos_online() (previously declared in /homepages/22/d163301193/htdocs/printingcanvas/includes/functions/whos_online.php:14) in /homepages/22/d163301193/htdocs/printingcanvas/includes/functions/whos_online.php on line 13

i have checked the admin/includes/whos_online.php and it is OK

 

because the problem started in a first place during the installation of the SEOs friendly url's i also checked the admin/includes/application_top.php to match the one that come with OS Commerce package at the begining of the installation. the problem is I am not sure if this file was changed during the installation or it does not change.

 

also my "footer" has gone from all pages and i have no idea why?

 

if you can think of any other suggestions please let me know

hi,

 

seems now i managed to fix the problem. even the fix works i am not fully confident this is the right thing to do. the fix was in application_top.php

 

i marked out the following function required in this file:

 

// include the who's online functions

// require(DIR_WS_FUNCTIONS . 'whos_online.php');

// tep_update_whos_online();

 

do you think this is OK?
