Authorize.net Response

Hello- I am using the Authorize.net that came installed with OSC.

 

Here's the problem, when a user enters in cc number and attempts to complete the transaction, and it is declined, it doesn't kick with an error message... just "refreshes" the page.

 

How can I make it say to the user the card is declined.

 

I remember on an old OSC store I had, something with CURL but don't recall. Anyone have an idea how to make this happen?
