Customizer Needed

I have a recent installation of OSC up and running and it works great but I need some customization, mostly cosmetic. I need our header/logo altered, some links changed and/or added, SSL cert and maybe a few other things. Where can I go, other then the public newsgroups, to find an experienced OSC programmer? I manage quite a few websites and honestly don't have the time to do what I want and what is needed.
