Redirect to page if customer not logged in

What I am trying to do is this...

 

If any page is accessed on my site, I want it to check to see if the customer is logged in or not.

If the customer is logged in, then it will load the page, else they will be redirected to www.myusafinancialcard.com.

 

I'm a newbie and not sure of what code I need, and what file it needs to be in.
