Help with Navigation

Hi all;

 

I've been trying to find the solution to make navigating my site a

bit more user friendly. I have Continue buttons on some pages such

as Contact Us, Policies etc and when clicked on, I'd like to nav back

to the previous page instead of going to the Index page. Can anyone

tell me where and how I can chage this?

 

Also, I've noticed on my Product Info pages that I have "Available Options"

listed twice for some reason. Here's a link to a page for an example -

Can anyone tell me how I can remove the first "Available Options" from

the page?
