How to add % to attributes

I need to have a list of options for each product that will effect the price by a set percent for each option. Is there a way to do this in the product attributes?

 

Example

 

Product A = $1000.00

 

Option A adds 24%

Option B adds 30%

Option C subtracts $10%

Option D adds 15%
