New Installation: Database Import, Page only shows a partial page

I've been able to get to the New Installation: Database Import page, and only 1/3 of the page shows up in the install.php?step=2 page.

 

I thought it was just taking a long time to import the data, but it never loads.

 

I have the screen-capture image on my original posting. Search for: purgero and you'll find it.

 

Anyone run in to this before?

you are most likely using php version 5
