Can I add quanity to a product attribute?

Example: I have "size" as an attribute for a product. Is there anyway I can add a quanity for that "size" I added to the product?

 

I have a shirt with different sizes and different quanities of each size. I want to be able to keep track of the quantity of each size.

 

The shopping cart should also check if there is any available of a "size" they want.
