Specifically I am trying to enable STS and the Paypal modules but when I click on updated after modifying the settings they revert to the original settings. This is very annoying and I cannot find a reason why it would do this. Many of the other settings work just fine.

I posted a similar question earlier on today (absolutely everything works in the admin section except those options within the Modules section) .... if I find a solution or if someone comes up with an answer I'll post it here to let you know.
