Admin Modules Problem

I recently moved shop from one server to another .... transfer went ok, database imported and config files amended.

Everything works fine .. I can add and remove products, amend zones ... but if I want to amend shipping or payment modules within admin it fails. I can install new services and remove old ... but if I try to amend anything within the module eg, change flat rate shipping from ?5 to ?10 it doesn't save the changes.

 

What do I need to look at to solve the problem ? Shop is meant to be going live this week and won't unless I solve this problem
