The host has shut us down, saying we need to update OS Commerce to cure the problem. If this is not the problem, please tell me. If it is, please guide me through the process or point me to someone who can assist us. I am not the technical person who built the site, and he is no longer around. Your assistance is desperately needed. Thank you.
