Order_id in checkout_success

Hey everyone, I need a tad bit of help. I would like to add the order number to the checkout_success screen but how do I go about doing that? Would it be as easy as:

<?php echo ORDER_ID; ?>

[Guest]

<?php echo $orders['orders_id']; ?>
