What files and folders control the layout of the site?

I'm copying an oscommerce site to a new server and I want to change the look and feel of the new site. I was wondering which files control all things asthetic about oscommerce. Any help would be greatly appriciated.

The header, column_left, column_right and footer files in the includes directory as well as most files in the root.
