Problem Releasing Customer Download

Do I ever need help!... LOL... I recently took over the running of a store using osCommerce. Unfortunately the previous store manager left without telling anyone how to use the software!... and I am just at a loss with the ins and outs at the mo.

 

I've sort of got the gist of how the control pannel works and read many messages on here to try and solve this problem, (picking up many tips along the way :thumbsup: ) but I cannot see any place at all on the control pannel to release a customers download. Just 'pending, prossesing and deliverd' on the drop down list below the comment box.

 

While I'm not a newbie to the net I'm very new to this sort of software... so a pleb step by step on where to do this would be great... LOL

3 months waiting for a reply.... I'm off to find decent software with DECENT support!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
