Dennis_gull Posted November 18, 2006 Posted November 18, 2006 You know under the product information you can add an url to the homepage but it doesnt really work for me, look what I get: http://shop/1/redirect.php?action=url&goto=www.apple.com Then I auto download the page, on another site it just says: http://http//www.example.se/shop/2/redirec...26082e566446243

There is extra "http"s in the URL. Remove those to begin with. Amit
Dennis_gull Posted November 19, 2006 Author Posted November 19, 2006 But the only thing I wrote in the url is www.apple.com
Jack_mcs Posted November 19, 2006 Posted November 19, 2006 You are creating the link incorrectly. Try posting the code you are using here (just the link part) so someone can look at it. Dennis_gull Posted November 19, 2006 Author Posted November 19, 2006 Do you mean the code from the redirect.php? I havent changed anything in it, its always been like this. Maybe I have to change something in configure.php
Jack_mcs Posted November 19, 2006 Posted November 19, 2006 I mean the code you added to the file to create the link. Dennis_gull Posted November 19, 2006 Author Posted November 19, 2006 I didn't add any code, its the text under each product that says something like this: For more information, click here and when you add a new product it says "product url, without http://"
Jack_mcs Posted November 20, 2006 Posted November 20, 2006 Oh, I misunderstood you. The code for the link is added in the product edit page and should not contain http://. Just enter the domain name and any sub-directory or page needed.
