I know some PHP, but my main question is about the UPS shipping module-- does it actually query the UPS server each time to get a real live shipping quote? I'm just curious, I didn't see anywhere in the code where it actually queries an external server. Or does it use static values published by UPS-- if so, what happens when these change? Thanks!
