error message on login.php

I am almost done with this oscommerce implementation but I am still getting this error message on the login page - I figured it's du to the fact that I added an login form in the nav.

 

any suggestions would be welcome

For some reason your main page has "e-mail" and **** already posted in the fields. That may be the problem. Another issue is I get a warning that your security certificate was issued for a different website.
