First time user

I have just had this added by my host and trying to find out how do change change the lay out i:e logo. I'v looked but can't find where.

Do you use a programme to change it ie: frontpage.

Hi Rich,

 

For logo, the file header.php in /catalog/includes/ would show this:

 

<td valign="middle"><?php echo tep_image(DIR_WS_IMAGES . 'oscommerce.gif', 'osCommerce'); ?></td>

 

Change the image filename to show your logo and make sure to put your logo into /catalog/images/.

Thanks for that, but I must be silly, can't even find the files ???

 

My web host added it to my domain name.. I diden't down load it.

I see the website is using the 2.1 version, do you have the source code for that version. If not, make sure you download the 2.1 stable version and manually edit header.php (browse thru the directory for the file) using any text editor.

 

Then upload that header.php file to your server (at /public_html/shop/includes) or ask your webhost for assistance.
