Can I display the TAX in the Cart ?

Hi

Does anyone know how to display the tax in the buyers cart before he proceeds to checkout ? I would like the subtotal to include product+taxes , and then say shipping added on the checkout page.

In the admin panel on the left side it will be under the following:

 

Modules:

Order Total (click)

and configure you tax in the main admin area of the screen

I think that is only for the actual checkout page before you hit the

confirm order button ?
