Azure Moon Posted November 17, 2006 Posted November 17, 2006 Hi, I have a pre-built site and I want to change the graphic that appears on the 'About Us' page. I went into my administration area, then "tools", the "file manager",, then clicked on the "images2" folder icon, then "upload", then "browse", clicked on the image I wanted, clicked on the "upload" button again. After all that, it showed it was uploading and that upload was sucessful, however, when I go to my site, the old image/graphic is still there...argh! I downloaded the desired image in jpeg format to my computer and using Corel Snapfire and then did a "save as" to save it in GIF format. Will doing a "save as" truly convert the image from jpeg to GIF? Does the image have to be a certain size? What am I doing wrong? Please help! Many Blessings, Azure Moon :'(
