Product weight in admin

hi all, can any one please help in the admin add item at the bottom for Products Weight: i can only get it to show and register too two (2) decimal points IE: 0.01 which is 10 grams and theirn for 160 of this item = 1.6 kg thats fine and correct my problem is my items only weight 1 or 2 grams so i need to be able to have (3) three decimal points so 160 1 gram items is 160grams this make the shipping price correct how can i make the weight go to three points????

 

on the above the Actual Postage/shipping Cost is 1.00 but it comes out on the 1.6 rate as 6.31

The format for the products_weight field in the database is set to 2 digits after the decimal point. Edit this to the precision you need and it should work fine.
