WAP/Mobile phone support & contributions

Hi

 

Is it safe to assume OS Commerce does not support access via WAP? I just tried mine (v 2.2 MS2 (051113)) and it didn't work. Any plans in future editions?

 

I notice just a few WAP contributions, anyone tried any?

 

As a novice, I feel like adding a contribution is a risk. If I've spent ten hours customising an OS Commerce installation and the client's watching, might I mess the whole thing up by installing a badly written or early contribution? Or are they corralled nicely? How do I assess that sort of thing or are my fears unfounded?

looks like it would work. Your best bet is to install a dummy or a copy of your store on a separate folder on your server and try it.
