Configure Download

Hallo

 

I have configure the download as it should be (i think).

Everything works fine and after payment a link ius redy for the customer to download.

What happens is that when the customer click on the link he gets error message

 

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

 

is there a error on the link ?

or is there any server settings that is set faulty ?

I am so close but not yet there o rweally appreciate all help i can get.

It could be just a site error, but you can check that all your files are in the "download" folder in your store and that you have the proper access rights to the files. It's a starting point anyways.

download has 755

 

any ideas ?

 

should i test another webhotell?

If you can test another hosting provider then that would help to find out if the problem is your installation and set up or whether it's your current host.
